School Times

The gates are open from 08:35am and Registration is at 08:45am.

The School Day is 8:35am - 3:10pm.

Lunch time for all children is 12:00-1:00pm.

The School Office is open from 8:30am – 4:00pm from Monday - Friday.

Pupil absence must be reported before 9:30am daily. There is an answer machine for out of hours messages - call 020 8501 1115 or email office@limesfarm.efspt.org.8:35

Years 1 and 2 Children

 The bell is rung in the playground for Years 1 and 2.

Teachers/LSAs open the outside door for children to enter.

Reception Children

Reception children are brought to the reception playground and wait for their teachers to open the classroom doors. Initially parents can help their children to settle, we then quickly move on to be independent, expecting children to enter the classroom independently holding their own items (E.G. Book bags/waterbottles).

Latecomers

The school day begins and the register is taken at 8:45. The School Gates will be closed at 8:50. After this time latecomers must enter through the School Office and provide reason for late arrival.

Morning Playtime

There are two spacious areas of outdoor space, one for Reception children and the other for children in Years 1 and 2. The school provides a mid-morning snack of fruit. Water is available throughout the day, we reccomend your child brings their own water bottle to school everyday.

End of School

At 3:10 parents must collect their child from their classroom via the school playground. Staff will open the external class doors into the playground where they will dismiss pupils one at a time.

Children are not allowed to leave the Class Teacher and building until a known adult can be seen. Any children left after ten minutes may be escorted to the main School Office. 

**Please note that a child will not be allowed to leave with an unknown person without prior arrangement or telephone call from the parent/carer**
